Please read before ordering a commission, adopting a design or sharing my art work on social media.
In short.
• to place an order, fill up this Order form or you can DM @PowDyArt on TWITTER or PowDy#1141 on discord.• by choosing to work with me you're consenting that you own the funds and waive any right to a chargeback when I have sent you the artwork/commission• Paypal's invoice or cards payment.• which will either be divided into two parts, 50% upfront and 50% at delivery OR 100% upfront, product will only be delivered after full payment
if client cancels order mid production, client will NOT be refunded the first payment• ASSETS •• copyright is ultimately mine there shall be no reselling or minting as NFT, use it as you wish for your internet personality and whatnot• merch needs to be discussed• DELIVERY •• the commission will be sent via google drive link or discord• CREDIT •• you have to credit me as the creator of the commissioned art__For further details, please read below. __
I DO.
• Fanarts.• Original character (OC).• Sexy or slightly suggestive.• Backgrounds.• Prop, pets, weapon, armor or anything.• I can do a particular art style of your choice as long as it's not far too beyond my ability.• I love challenging myself and learn new thing. So, any styles you see in my portfolio is pretty much an option you can choose.• I will tell you honestly if it's something I'm not good at yet. If you're fine with it, I'll do my best.
I DO NOT.
• NSFW.• Realism. (I'm not good at it yet.)• Heavy gore, violence. (Slightly is OK).• Anything that I am not comfortable with
